Director for the operation of a co-ed summer resident camping program for 13 through 15 year old campers and the college age staff that worked with them. Primary responsibilities included counselor and tripping director training, conducting out of camp adventure trips, and in camp program operations. Out of camp trips (4 eight day and 12 five day) administered throughout a six state region that consisted of canoe, kayak, rock climbing, backpacking, and other camping skills. Responsible for training and supervising staff in the setup and operation of a 50 ft climbing tower, screamer, and 200 + ft zip line from land into water.
